Our external network provider is completing essential maintenance on the PAYG/Prepayment unit communication system in your area.

Top-ups may be delayed: Any credit purchased during maintenance may not appear on your unit until after 11:00am Monday 4th August.
Good News
Your supply is protected: Your unit will be in "Friendly Disconnection" mode. Even if you run out of emergency credit during maintenance, your heating and hot water will stay on until Monday morning.
